CAMAT is a not for profit community organization that relies on the support from the community through fundraising events. Through the contributions of our generous sponsors and members, we are able to sustain operations and generate funds for the CAMAT Scholarship Fund.

We don't provide tax receipts and all funds generated go directly into the CAMAT Scholarship Fund that aims to provide support to students of African and/or Caribbean descent that are attending high school or post secondary in Thunder Bay. 
The fund also supports youth  with fees for extra curricular activities; provides support to individuals beginning employment; and families that experience unanticipated crisis.
